Full Client Side Project Management
Handling all stages of the project, including selection of design partner, achieving all relevant council, body corporate, and building approvals tender and construction management.
Evaluating potential sites to ensure they meet the needs of the practice brief, and evaluate site latent conditions. Develop a project budget and scopes of work related to the site. Check council approval requirements.

Design Stage Management and Approvals
Working with the appointed design partner coordinating the various milestones, including site survey, client briefing exercise, space planning, Concept Design with 3D imagery, selection of finishes and fittings and documentation prepared for the Tender Exercise and ultimately works on site.
Full review of design documentation to ensure compliance with various codes of practice., selection of equipment, and develop a final scope of work to build a tender package. The tender package is distributed amongst a select group of quality commercial builders with requests for further information handled. Tenders are reviewed and checked for compliance with design documentation.
Tender Exercise
Construction Management
Once awarded the successful builder will enter into a contract with our client to undertake the work. This contract is evaluated by us to ensure milestones are achievable and within the realms of normal procedure.

During construction we have weekly meetings with the building team and the client updated following on progress and any challenges on site.

We will assess any variations that may arise during construction to check validity and gain client approval.
At practical completion we ensure that any defects are finalized as per the building contract stipulations.

Post handover (where required) liaise with equipment installation teams, IT and Security consultants and attend site during their install.
The clients advocacy continues throughout the project build / fit out ensuring that not only is the project built as designed but on time and budget.
Any challenges that arise during the works on-site are handled efficiently and without the need to pull busy health practitioners away from their patients.
